If you have one additional brand domain (used only as a send-from alias):

If you run two full business domains under one Workspace tenant:
2 × £99 = £198 one-off
If you want security policies (MTA-STS + TLS-RPT) applied to all additional domains:
Add £25 per domain.
When You Need an Alias Domain
Use an alias domain when:
- You want users to send/receive using another brand
- You run marketing or regional domains
- You need multiple branded email identities
- Users should receive their messages in the same inbox
This is the most common and the cheapest option.
When You Need a Secondary Domain
Use a secondary domain when:
- You have a separate business/division
- You want a separate user directory or group structure
- You want a different set of mailboxes
- You do not want aliasing into the same inbox
- You want segregation for compliance or business-unit control
This requires full SPF/DKIM/DMARC + optional MTA-STS configuration.
Optional Domain Migration
If the additional domain(s) previously held mailboxes, legacy users, or IMAP accounts:
- Migration uses the same pricing as the main domain
- £25–£80 per mailbox depending on size
Email Migration (Optional Add-On)
If you’re moving from an existing email provider (Microsoft 365, cPanel/IMAP, old Google Workspace, Zoho, on-prem Exchange, etc.), we can migrate your mailboxes into Google Workspace with minimal disruption.
What’s Included in Migration
- Pre-migration audit (number of mailboxes, sizes, special cases)
- Copying emails, folders/labels and attachments
- Validation of message counts where possible
- DNS cut-over planning and timing
- Post-migration spot checks and tests
- Optional: calendar and contacts migration
