  • Standardised Client Communications: The system incorporated a unified letter and email platform for managing template-based communications, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Secure Client Portals: Clients gained secure online access to their data, allowing them to initiate new work requests, monitor case progress, and retrieve final screening reports directly from a dedicated website. They also had the option to receive real-time email updates on the status of individual cases.
  • Candidate Self-Service Data Input: Screening candidates could conveniently submit their personal details via a specific website, with an additional option for importing information directly from the client’s existing HR systems.
